You receive a proposal with the room split and the price, tailored to your project. Rates start at €14 per person per night, and we will tell you the exact price straight away.

Your team moves in
The accommodation is prepared on arrival and ready to live in straight away. Collect the keys, unpack, get started.

The invoice goes to the company
We invoice your business directly and payment is made by bank transfer, which keeps the paperwork clean for scheduling and accounting.

- Yes. We invoice your business directly and payment is made by bank transfer. Your crew does not need to pay up front or collect receipts.
- Can you house a whole team together?
- Yes. From single and twin rooms through to an entire house of 113 m², we can accommodate larger crews together. Tell us the team size and we will propose the split.
- How quickly can accommodation be arranged?
- Short-notice enquiries are the norm here. Tell us the job site, dates and team size, and we come back straight away with what is available. By phone we answer daily from 8 am to 8 pm, on WhatsApp around the clock, weekends included. If a unit is free, you can move in the same day; check-in is from 4 pm, as a rule by key safe or code.
- What does accommodation for our team cost?
- From €14 per person per night. We will tell you the price for your team straight away, as soon as we know the job site, the dates and the number of people. Included are the furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning. The invoice goes to the company and payment is made by bank transfer.
- What happens if the project runs longer?
- We usually extend without fuss. Let your contact know as soon as the new timeline becomes clear and we will keep the accommodation available.
- Do we always deal with the same person?
- Yes, that is the core of what we offer. From the first enquiry through arrival to any extension, your contact stays the same.
