MA-Flats specialises in short-term and monthly rentals of furnished apartments, professionally managed for companies, tradespeople and business travellers.
Our mission
MA-Flats is not a listings portal. We run our furnished apartments ourselves: furnishing, cleaning, key handover and invoicing all go through us. You book directly with the operator, with no middleman and no agency fee.
The high expectations of our customers are reflected in how our apartments are furnished, maintained and organised, so your team feels at home from day one and can focus on what matters.

Our journey
Our journey began in Frankfurt am Main in 2021, to this day our largest location. MA-Flats is led by managing director Philip Spielmann, who has worked in furnished apartment lettings for more than ten years.
Today we are present in eleven cities: from Frankfurt via Nuremberg, Cologne, Dresden, Hanover and Leipzig to Bremen, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Dortmund and Düsseldorf, and we cover further cities on request. Everywhere with the same aim: housing your team close to the job site.
