Enquire early, preferably for all the weeks of the assignment at once. Short notice is worth a try too: if a unit is free, you can move in the same day.

- If a different driver arrives during the booking, we are happy to coordinate the change with you.

- Invoice to the business, not to the drivers, payment by bank transfer.

Questions about staff housing in logistics
How do our drivers check in after a late shift?
As a rule they let themselves in with a key safe or a code, also late in the evening and at weekends. Check-in is possible from 4 pm.
Can we park vans at the accommodation?
Depending on the apartment, a parking space comes with it, also for vans and lorries. Tell us the number and type of vehicles, and we will check which free apartments suit them.
Our drivers rotate: can we swap them during a booking?
We are happy to coordinate that with you. Tell your contact person early who leaves when and who takes over.
How long should we book for the peak season?
Preferably for the whole assignment in one go. As a rule stays start at five nights, with no upper limit. Beyond mid-December we extend, provided the apartment is free.
What does accommodation for delivery drivers cost?
From €20 per bed per night. The exact price depends on the city, the dates, the number of rooms and the team size. Included are the apartment, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning.
Are the apartments close to our depot?
That depends on where your depot is. Tell us the depot, warehouse or sorting hub, and we will suggest the apartment with the shortest journey that is free for your dates.

Where is your depot or warehouse?
For a quote, all we need is the city or postcode of the depot or warehouse, the number of people and the dates. It also helps to know when the first shift starts.
