Bookings run from set-up to dismantling, as a rule from five nights, invoiced to your company. From €20 per bed per night, higher during trade fairs.

Set-up, show, dismantling
For visitors a fair lasts a few days, for stand builders much longer. One example, CMT in Stuttgart, according to the organiser's preliminary times:
11 to 15 January
Set-up
The crew builds the stand.
16 to 24 January
Show days
Stand staff and technicians are on site.
24 to 26 January
Dismantling
Dismantling, removal, move-out.
So nine show days become up to 16 days on site. Book the whole period in one go.

In the weeks of major fairs accommodation becomes scarce early, and prices are higher. If your fair is missing, tell us the fair and the dates and we will look into it.

Stand building in practice
What trade fair crews need
- Arriving after the halls close
- Check-in from 4 pm, as a rule via key safe or code. Your crew can let themselves in late in the evening.
- Keeping the crew together
- In an entire apartment, the kitchen and bathroom are shared only with colleagues. We spread larger crews across several apartments, provided they are free.
- Arriving by vehicle
- Depending on the apartment, a parking space comes with it, also for vans. Tell us what your crew is arriving in.
- Shifting schedules
- If set-up runs longer, we extend without fuss, provided the apartment is free.
Events and lighting
Events, lights and markets
Events have a set-up, a run and a dismantling phase too. For the crews behind them, we rent out the same apartments as for trade fairs.
You can enquire now about dismantling after the 2026 Christmas markets: the Frankfurt market closes on 22 December, the Nuremberg market on 24 December. If you need fewer than five nights, we are happy to discuss that with you.

Common questions
Questions from stand builders
Can I book a room for just two or three days of a trade fair?
As a rule we rent from five nights, for crews staying for set-up, the show and dismantling. If you need something shorter, just ask and we will tell you what can be arranged.
Can set-up, the show and dismantling be combined in one booking?
Yes, provided the apartment is free for the whole period. Give us your crew's arrival and departure dates and you will receive a quote covering every night.
What does accommodation cost during a trade fair?
Prices start from €20 per bed per night and are higher during trade fairs. We state the exact amount for the whole job in our quote. Included are the apartment, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning.
How close to the exhibition grounds will our team stay?
We do not commit to a fixed distance in advance. Tell us the exhibition grounds or the hall, and we will suggest the apartment with the shortest journey that is free for your dates.
How far ahead of a major trade fair should we enquire?
As soon as the fair, the dates and the team size are roughly clear, because accommodation becomes scarce early in the weeks of major fairs. Outside major fairs, short-notice enquiries are the norm: if a unit is free, you can move in the same day.
Can we book accommodation for several fairs in different cities with you?
Yes, in all eleven cities with the same dedicated contact person. A combined invoice for several locations is possible by arrangement.
