Job sites and getting there in Dresden

The Elbe crossings are the time factor that visitors regularly underestimate. With a van, what counts is which side of the river you stay on and how you get from there onto the A4. Anyone arriving by train usually gets there more reliably via the main station and the S-Bahn heading north than by road.
It gets predictably tight during plant shutdowns and turnarounds, when many contractors come to the city at the same time for a few weeks. Those dates are usually fixed well in advance, and that is exactly when an early enquiry pays off most.
