Short-Term Rentals & Furnished Flats in Düsseldorf
State capital, world-class trade fair venue and Germany's third-largest inland port: for contractors less a company town than a hub.

In short
In Düsseldorf, MA-Flats rents fully furnished short-term rental apartments and rooms for tradespeople, for 1 to 12 people, from one week to several months. From €14 per person per night, invoiced to your company. We run the apartments ourselves, have been on the market since 2021 and are active in eleven cities. Düsseldorf has been one of our locations since 2026.
Short-term stays in Düsseldorf
For fitters, Düsseldorf is less a company town than a hub. The trade fair, the airport and the port draw contractors in constantly, and with Henkel in Holthausen and the Mercedes-Benz van plant in Derendorf there are two very large industrial employers inside the city itself.
The heavy industry lies in the surrounding area, and it lies close. The chemical parks in Krefeld-Uerdingen and Dormagen, the Alunorf aluminium plant in Neuss and the power station and rolling mill sites around Grevenbroich can all be reached in under an hour.
We keep single rooms, complete apartments and entire houses ready to move in. Tell us the job site, the rental period and the team size, and we will suggest the accommodation with the shortest journey, for the sites beyond the city boundary too.
Furnished rooms and complete short-term rental apartments in Düsseldorf: from one-room apartments to entire houses, fully furnished, with flexible rental periods from short-term to monthly stays.
Accommodation at short notice in Düsseldorf
Short-notice enquiries are the norm here, not the exception. You reach us by phone daily from 8 am to 8 pm and on WhatsApp around the clock, Saturdays and Sundays included: one dedicated contact, never a call centre. If a unit in Düsseldorf is free, you can move in the same day. Check-in is from 4 pm by key safe or code, so you let yourself in late in the evening too. In the weeks of the major trade fairs the whole city is booked, and then the lead time decides. If we cannot help, you hear that immediately too, so you lose no time.
Furnished rooms in Düsseldorf: single, double and whole apartments
We offer a furnished room in Düsseldorf to tradespeople, fitters and service engineers as a single room for peace and quiet of your own, or as a double room for two colleagues. The fully furnished apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom and washing machine, so everything is ready after a day at the trade fair or on the plant. If several colleagues travel together, we combine rooms within one apartment or hand over the whole unit, from a studio to an entire house.
Contractor accommodation, worker housing, crew accommodation
Contractor accommodation, worker housing, fitters' accommodation: in Düsseldorf customers ask for the same thing under three names. What is meant is living on a temporary basis in a fully furnished apartment, and that is exactly what we rent here. Our guests are trade businesses, exhibition fitters, plant builders and service engineers, alone or as a whole crew. The layout follows team size and duration, not job title.
Wi-Fi is included in every apartment and free of charge. Whether a parking space comes with it depends on the apartment; where there is one, it also takes vans and lorries. Tell us what you are arriving in and we will pick accordingly.
Job sites and getting there in Düsseldorf
Düsseldorf splits its job sites into a north and a south. To the north lie the Messegelände in Stockum, the airport in Lohausen and the Mercedes-Benz plant in Derendorf; to the south the Henkel works in Holthausen and the main port with the Kraftwerk Lausward.
A large share of the jobs lies outside the city: the Chempark Krefeld-Uerdingen, the Chempark Dormagen, the Alunorf aluminium plant in Neuss-Uedesheim, Speira and the Kraftwerk Neurath near Grevenbroich, plus the construction site of the thyssenkrupp direct reduction plant in Duisburg-Walsum.
The Rhine crossings are the time factor that visitors underestimate. Anyone working on the left bank, in Neuss, Krefeld-Uerdingen or Grevenbroich, should build the choice of bridge into the journey time. By rail the main station is the hub for all S-Bahn lines, and the airport is around twelve minutes away.

Frequently asked questions in Düsseldorf
- How much does a furnished room in Düsseldorf cost?
- From €14 per person per night. We give you the exact price on the phone right away: it follows the rental period, the number of rooms and the size of your team. Always included are the furnished apartment, the equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen, towels and the final clean. For companies we invoice the firm, and payment is made by bank transfer.
- Can I still get accommodation in Düsseldorf during the trade fairs?
- For the major trade fairs Düsseldorf is booked out early, and far into the surrounding area at that. Enquire well ahead for those weeks and we will reserve in good time. Outside the trade fair periods short-notice enquiries are the norm: if a unit is free, moving in the same day is possible.
- How do I get across the Rhine from the accommodation?
- The Rhine crossing is the time factor in Düsseldorf that visitors underestimate. Anyone deployed on the left bank, in Neuss, Krefeld-Uerdingen or Grevenbroich, should factor in the choice of bridge. Tell us the job site and we will suggest accommodation on the right side of the river.
- Can whole teams be accommodated in Düsseldorf?
- Yes. Alongside single rooms and double rooms, we provide larger apartments right up to whole houses for entire teams. A crew of seven usually lives in one house or in two neighbouring apartments in the same building. Tell us your team size and we will plan the accommodation.
- Can I get an invoice made out to my company in Düsseldorf?
- Yes. We invoice your company directly and payment is made by bank transfer. For schedulers and site managers that means one contact, one document, and no employee paying up front.
