Seasonal workers
At peak times such as the Christmas season, warehouses, shipping and production need extra staff. For this we rent out entire apartments for a fixed period that follows your deployment plan.
Stocktaking teams
Around the turn of the year, inventory teams count at changing locations. An apartment serves as a fixed base in the region; shorter stays are possible by arrangement.
From abroad
Your employees can also sort out questions about the apartment in Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian or Russian. Bed linen and towels are ready on arrival.

Questions before the assignment
Can the occupants change during an ongoing booking?
A change of occupant is possible by arrangement. The apartment stays booked for your company and only the occupants change. Discuss how it works with your contact person in advance.
Is there a combined invoice for several locations?
That is possible by arrangement; it is best to mention it in your enquiry. The invoice always comes from us, even if an apartment comes from a partner.
How many employees fit into one apartment?
That depends on the apartment: from one-room apartments through three-room apartments to a house of 113 m². As a rule, the bedrooms are furnished with single beds. We spread larger teams across several apartments, provided they are free.
What does a bed in staff accommodation cost?
From €20 per bed per night. The exact price depends on the city, the dates, the number of rooms and the team size. Included are the apartment, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning.
How is the accommodation treated for tax purposes?
You receive an invoice made out to your company. How the accommodation is classified for tax purposes is a question for your tax adviser. We do not give tax advice.
Do you also rent apartments for agency workers?
Yes. We rent to staffing agencies and temporary employment agencies as well as to companies that deploy their own employees at other locations for a limited period.
