Do you own a property and would like it let without the hassle? We take on the management, you keep the apartment.
In short
MA-Flats lets furnished apartments on a short-term basis to companies, tradespeople and project teams, since 2021 and today in eleven cities. Apartments belonging to private owners we take into our own portfolio and manage ourselves: furnishing, guest selection, cleaning, key handover and invoicing all go through us.

We manage and develop your property consistently to your standards: transparently, efficiently and in a way that adds value. In practice that means:
Furnishing and equipment
We furnish the apartment the way our guests need it: an equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, quality beds, towels and bed linen.
Guests and occupancy
Our guests are companies, fitters, tradespeople and project teams, usually booked through the company and invoiced to the business. We select the guests and coordinate the occupancy.
Upkeep and cleaning
Between stays the apartment is professionally cleaned. We look after the condition of the apartment, so you do not have to.
Invoicing
Quotes, invoices and incoming payments all run through us. You have one contact person instead of a succession of changing tenants.

Who this suits
It is of interest above all for furnished or furnishable apartments in our eleven cities and the surrounding areas: Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Cologne, Dresden, Hanover, Leipzig, Bremen, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Dortmund and Düsseldorf. Locations near industrial estates, factories, exhibition grounds and larger construction sites are especially sought after.

- What will I earn from letting it out?
- We discuss the terms individually, because location, size, condition and furnishings are what make the difference. Give us a call or send us a short note about your apartment, and we will tell you specifically what is possible.
- Does the apartment already have to be furnished?
- Not necessarily. We also furnish apartments ourselves so that they meet the standard our guests expect. What makes sense in your case is something we clarify beforehand.
- Which cities are you looking for apartments in?
- In our eleven locations and the surrounding areas: Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Cologne, Dresden, Hanover, Leipzig, Bremen, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Dortmund and Düsseldorf. Frankfurt is our largest location. If your apartment is somewhere else, ask anyway and we will look into it.
- Who will be living in my apartment?
- Companies, fitters, tradespeople, service technicians and project teams who are on site for a fixed period. Bookings are made mostly through the company and the invoice goes to the business.
- Are you a listings portal?
- No. MA-Flats is the operator: apartments in our portfolio are managed and let by us ourselves. For you as the owner that means you have one dedicated contact person, rather than a platform with changing contacts.
